I am a college student who apparently picked up a nasty virus somewhere on the scary internet and thought I had ruined my brand new laptop!  The computer was not even letting me continue typing in Microsoft Word!  I had no idea what I did or what to do next but, a friend of mine referred me to To Tech in a Flash.  I dealt with a man named Matt.  He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick!  He did not treat me like I did something wrong, as I have encountered with other technical support avenues.  Matt walked me through what I needed to do step-by-step and knew exactly what he was doing!  He not only found the virus that was threatening my world, he also set me up with a new antivirus, got rid of my pesky pop-ups, and even set my campus login as a new icon to make things easier for me!  I could not be happier with the level of service I received from this company!  A truly trustworthy company with very reasonable prices is hard to find these days.  I’m keeping them on speed dial!  🙂
